Submit a return request with your order number, contact details, the item you would like to return and the reason for your return.
WE REVIEW YOUR REQUEST
We'll check that your return meets our eligibility requirements. Once approved, we'll send your Australia Post return instructions, QR code or return label.
SEND YOUR ITEM BACK
Package your item securely and send it using the Australia Post return instructions or QR code provided.
WE RECEIVE & INSPECT YOUR RETURN
Once your item arrives, we'll inspect it to make sure it meets our return conditions.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Once your return has been received and approved, we'll process your requested refund, exchange or store credit.
Return conditions
30 days
Your return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
All original tags must remain attached.
You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, makeup or other use.
Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene liner attached, intact and unremoved.
Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed, altered or no longer intact cannot be accepted for a change-of-mind return.
Sale items
Normal sale items are eligible for free returns, provided they meet all other return conditions.
Products specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Australian orders
Free return shipping applies to eligible Australian orders only. International returns are not covered by our free Australian return shipping offer.
Refunds
Eligible full-price and normal sale purchases may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, provided all return conditions are met.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
